We had the privilege of creating this stunning villa on the wonderful island of Ibiza, delivering a highly innovative and modern project with luxurious materials and cutting-edge design.
Luxury, design, and modernity are the foundations of this innovative project. The villa was built on two levels, with the living room, kitchen, and mezzanine dining area on the ground floor, while the bedrooms were designed on the upper floor.
On the ground floor, the living room was designed with direct access to the outdoor pool area, passing through large glass doors that create the effect of always being outside. The living room furniture, such as sofas and coffee tables, was custom-made for this project, with every detail carefully crafted, from stitching to wood finishing, down to the choice of the leg, finished in treated wood for both indoor and outdoor use.
As for the kitchen, made of marble and steel, we envisioned a peninsula with brass stools to create a bar area, perfect for entertaining guests. The mezzanine area is accessed via a very light and modern wood and glass staircase. In the mezzanine, we placed the dining area, featuring a marble table and modern seating to give it a light feel.
The bedrooms, also designed with a modern style, seamlessly integrate into the entire project with a mix of refinement, modernity, luxury, and excellence, which are the key features of this project.
The materials used for this splendid luxury villa project include Italian parquet, Italian marble, high-end fabrics, and custom-designed and crafted furniture. Customization is at the heart of our work, to create a unique and distinct environment for each of our clients.
