Elegant and modern loft designed in the heart of New York, featuring luxury materials and modern design furnishings custom-made to optimize the space.
This project, carried out in the heart of New York, aimed to adapt the spaces of a luxury loft into compact areas. All the furnishings and spaces were meticulously designed to create well-defined and separated areas.
The kitchen was placed in a corner of the main room, enclosed by glass partitions to avoid creating additional blind closures. The dining room, featuring a marble and wood table with wooden chairs, is elegant, refined, and perfectly balanced with the rest of the furnishings. It overlooks a large window with a stunning view of New York City, framing the entire loft.
The main feature of this project was the creation of custom-made furniture meticulously designed. The sofa, elegant and simple in its design, recalls the furniture of the 1920s. The credenza was designed to fit perfectly into the surrounding space. Its glossy finish contrasts with the rest of the furnishings. The coffee tables, made of glass and black-painted steel, ideally connect the sofa and the credenza, blending elegance and modernity.
The floor is covered with a light marble, reminiscent of Carrara marble with ochre yellow veining, very elegant and refined.
The masonry parts were painted with a faux marble effect, reminiscent of the Venetian stucco found in the ancient palaces of Venice. This type of finish creates a sense of movement and adds greater prestige to the entire room.
